for a work out? are you kidding? >___>
those songs are great for slow dancing, or for break up songs and eating away your hurt with a huge dish of chocolate ice cream and mushy songs in the background.

Eh? I've listened to:
Shadow of the Day - Linkin Park
Mockingbird - Eminem(I think thats the songs name)
Where'd You Go - Fort Minor
How You Remind Me - Nickelback

Slow songs aren't too bad when working out. I find it a good change of pace compared to the fast paced music I normally listen to.

what ever floats your boat i guess. I honestly cant listen to a slow song and work out. It pisses me off. >___>
I end up wanting to stop or just end up slowing down and end up not working out at all. It seems like time goes by WAY slower if you're listening to a slow song

Dude, all those songs are so horrible, they would inspire me to workout harder so I have to spend less time listening to them.

good call. =___=;

Thats all on how you interpret it. Listening to fast paced music that gets you pumped and amped makes you want to work so you end up exerting too much energy in the beginning which results in you becoming exhausted faster. Whereas when you listen to a slow song you slowly build up your pace and then when you're becoming tired you listen to something faster, which gives you more energy to exercise for a longer period of time.

If you say "workout music" or "psyche-up music" or anything, I will instantly think Eye of the Tiger, best song ever. We overplayed it because my old Rugby team was called Tigers and yeah, we talked about that.

'Tis an awesome song.
