why don't you try just to dance most ppl who dance are very thing or in shape
try latin music like salsa or merengue
i grew up with tha kind of music nobody in my family is fat

it depends on what kind of music u like, me, i like music with a lot of engery so dance and rock music are my thing to get me pumping. Since Im latina, i tend to have more reggeaton. Do u want asian songs or english or any song will do....

Er, it depends on what type of workout you're talking about...

If you're talking about a "workout" at the gym (you know, like half an hour on the treadmill, followed by ten sit-ups and finished up with a moist towel) then it doesn't matter what you're listening to, because I don't consider that a workout

BUT, if you're running like for marathon or cross-country training, any hard-rock song would probably be good. Or anything by Rise Against XD. I, personally, tend to listen to the soundtrack for Mirror's Edge because it makes me feel like I'm going faster than I actually am

For weight lifting, metal is pretty good.

For plyometrics, I listen to any inspirational music or rock.
