Well, I know a lot of anti-fans that would say that DBSK would never match up to Shinhwa, and never will be as good as them. But I have to say that DBSK was one of the first Korean boy bands that I've listened to, and they inspire me to listen to other Korean boy bands too. I can't say that DBSK is better then Shinhwa, but DBSK is improving from since they've started, and I believe that they're getting better and better.
I like DBSK, but I know that Shinhwa is a more experienced band. So comparing those two, it's really hard. I would just have to say that, they both have different things to offer to their listeners, but Shinhwa would be the one of more experience. Which makes it seem like Shinhwa's better =/ ACCKK, It's like I'm talking gibberish, ahaha. I hope you get this o__________O
But personally, I love DBSK

I think the word "better" can take on many different meanings. There are probably things that DBSK is better at than Shinhwa (ex: I think they covered the Japanese market better and I like their accapella) but there are also things that Shinhwa is better at than DBSK (ex: longest boyband thats still technically together (10 years) and boyband whose members are strong entertainers individually so that when the form a group their star power is amazing...).

So what it really comes down to is which band is your personal favorite. My guess would be that your favorite boyband would be the band that you fell in love with first. (and since CR is relatively new, I'm gonna venture out and say that there are probably more people on CR who grew up with DBSK rather than Shinhwa....).

Me, although I like DBSK and appreciate them as a group.... I love Shinhwa, always will.

I understand. Shinhwa is a more experience band and that's true.I can't disagree that DBSK is improving because they are. Shinhwa on the other hand, has been improving as well. Their bond is probably stronger then any other band but I'm not assuming that they are the strongest because I haven't searched throughly and deeply into the industry of KOREAN BOY BAND.

-You're not talking GIBBERISH xP

The word "better" is very contraversal. Maybe I should of made it more clearly.

People did grow up with DBSK on CR. I grew up with Shinhwa on youtube. Shinhwa has been together for about 10 years which shows they must have a strong bond.

Majority of everyone did grow up with DBSK, and for that reason DBSK is well known. Plus they are awesomely hott, but it's not about the looks, but what they bring to the table.

DBSK are young, better dance moves and talented singers. However, I would say Shinhwa is a lot manlier -.-;; I guess even more than a lot of the younger boybands now.

DBSK = Pretty
Shinhwa = Manly (atleast, most of them)

And DBSK being newer and all prob have a larger fanbase by now~ Shinhwa isn't as active anymore =(

I wouldn't use the word "active" because it can mean a lot of things, but the way I'm reading it is that they're not entertaining anymore since they're manly?

^ Um no. I guess I kind of anwsered off topic lol~ By saying Shinhwa not as active anymore is like..they're more into solo activities n stuff and I don't see them all together much of gameshows or musicbank or wahtever anymore >_<

Also, like the earlier post about how most of the younger generation now grew up with DBSK so the style and also being younger is attracting new audiences. And the manly thing, I think more pretty boys are appearing in boybands now than like earlier before when Shinhwa was around~ Like FT Island, Suju etc.

Even though Shinhwa is more experienced, I think DBSK is a "better" boyband than Shinhwa.
