Is it just the hq-stream that got unblocked or can anyone download the hq-version (322 mbyte) too now?

I don't think there is a HQ download... it's just the original video. You see when one video is uploaded onto CR there it produces a stream. You can get the stream in normal quality or high quality. So there is only one download, all of the same quality. And it's like SUPER SUPER SUPER high quality, larger... better... etc. etc.

Came here because the deal sounded better. DRM free and a ipod/psp version for same price as other site takes per episode......

But should have read this first. Nothing said it would be blocked some places. I live in denmark and really wanna watch DL version (not big fan of seeing streams. since i hate quality of most streams)
Hope you unblock it later, really wanna watch this show.... :'(

A lot of us are also feeling your pain, dpl. Crunchyroll should explain what is the matter and actually provide enough information before we make our donations. Or, hopefully, fix the problem, but I'm not too optimistic.

I like this website, in concept, and I'm always willing to pay for legal anime downloads, but if I'm not going to get anything in return because of some "legal restrictions", I'd like to know for sure. Before my money gets sent in. Most people don't like to pay for nothing.

I don't live in Japan either, by the way, so that can't be the reason.

I can actually watch it now, so that's indeed good...but I cannot use the downloads, even though I've already paid a donation and I still don't know what kind of "legal restriction" applies.

So it's only half of the solution, so far.

Serioulsy, i think CR is exaggerating. It's only an anime. I dont think it going to be that good anyway. CR overdone it sometimes.

Im very hesitant about this, what happened to the featured section, why did it change like that? Why is there a huge banner at the top? Even if this anime might be the next greatest in the industry, it shouldn't be treated differently then anything else on here.

I donate $2 to get the high quality version. I just want to test out this out.

Here are issues and problems.

1) First, a movie ticket is around $8~$9, a regular movie last about 2 hours. The cost include movie theatre, sitting and everything you have in the theatre. If crunchyroll and Gonzo is thinking about $2 per eps, they are placing themselves above a regular movie.
2) Up to now, I can only download 1.5M before it said it finished. Please, develope some software for it.
3) This may or may not an issue. H264 is usually better quality than avi in the fansub world. So, if I am paying, I think I am expecting H264 format.

Anyway, I need to snoop around to see if there are any customer service at all to help me download this.
