1.Well all my friends tease and joke about a lot so I don't think I'd be able to know that he/she was actually flirting.
2. Then I'd be flattered and would probably flirt back although I am awful at it.
3. It's had to contemplate this because my cousins really don't flirt ^^. Most of them are younger than me for one thing. Like much younger.
