I have to agree that Hong Kong food is really good, but not China. In China, its either too salty, or too oily

"Well I was pretty surprise about what you said, I mean the shop is set up in a western country, shouldn't they have it in English? anyway the food that's served in trolleys are probably dim sum, were they covered?"

you'd think that.. i dont think theres anything wrong with it... it is china town after all.. somewhere like that they shouldnt have to cater to anyone else. They did serve dim sum... but lots of other stuff was in the trollies too. I'd tell you more about it, but i didn't really know what anything was

ell I mean, they did set up restaurants in a western country...and the people there are mostly unable to speak or read Chinese... so that's why I said so

I love Chinese food... lemon chicken is great, done right (the skin has to be thin and not crispy) and I like peking duck pancakes too. Hmm... don't think I've ever seen man tou on Chinese menus, but it looks delicious... oh, yes, and Chinese rice is my favourite kind of rice. I particularly like it special fried.

The local Chinese restaurant here is great, which I'm glad for. I've had Chinese food that was just flat out disappointing and not at all appealing before... some places don't know what they are doing...
