me... i sit for like the whole day.... expect the time i sleep... and sometime walkin... 0.o... but mostly sit...and i dont eat alot... well not for a dude whos on his growin age... i only eat more when i like the food... and even tho i am a asian... i hate rice... so i usally dont eat much.... so umm... after sittin for 6 years... i kinda got a beer stomach... tho i never drink beer... and fat arse and thigh :O... and a bit of boobs -.-... tho not much... 0.o... but just wonderin any1 else experience the same thing as me? 0.o... im plannin on workin hard through the summer to lose my stomach... i mean... dont look good when i wear clothes i like because miy stomach is showin... in which is why i buy bigger size clothing :/...

so bascially askin if any1 have ever became like me.... gainin fat through sittin... lack of exercise... and if you do.... did you ever overcome it... and if you did that too.... share your advices?

Nope. I have been doing computer work for 10 years but I dont have that. Then again I go to the gym at least once a weak and I eat small meals throughout the day

Never happened to me... Running is always good. Maintaining weight is hard enough. I have to always be doing something, otherwise I'll get Lazy.

umm all i do is weight liftin in school... so i have muscle in my upper part while my lower part stays the same -.-... and also... my upper part isnt that fat in the first place.... :O... so i just made my upper arms bigger and have muscle -.-...

Cool =] I'm part of the Track team and usually work on my leg muscles xD Muscle weighs more than fat.

umm yea :O.... 0.o..... i mean... i dont like runnin in the school 0.o... nor do i play basketball... i wanna learn kendo... but theres no kendo club... so guess gotta wait till college...

well.... muscle helps u burn more calories....(i wonder if muscles from ur arm helps that tho :O)... and i can tell you.... if i convert all my fat from my middle-lower part of my body to muscles... ill lose 40 pounds... or more...

it doesnt feel good to stand -.-... and no i dont look fat when i wear my clothin... but i usally am half naked with a boxer on at home... so always c myself fat :/... so i wanna lose some weight... and my stomach causes me to be unable to wear clothings i like :/

Running doesn't build muscle. If you are lifting in school, you should be doing lower body lifts as well, ie. leg presses, squats, and deadlifts. I hope you don't work out the same muscle groups every day of the week.
