nah i don't get fatt from sitting down if i do i play sports to lose the fat,

1200 calories is too low for a male in highschool who is trying to build muscle. Try closer to 2200

umm seems like i do 0.o.... only bench press.... those pullin things... and leg things... 0.o.. and like every 2 days in a week i do some sit ups -.-...

i tried calorie countin for a week but i can never get the calorie right :/... and my mom always force me to eat :/... (big bowl of rice.... which i hate)...

tried that last summer for a month... lose like 15 pounds... but after that i started eatin night snacks because my mom bought them sayin i must eat 3 meals per day (cuz only eatin 2... sleepin at 6am and wkae up at 3 to ear my lunch then dinner at 7 and then drink water all night long...) and i gained another 30 pounds in 2 months 0.o... my weight is around how much i gained last summer now...

Losing weight but building muscle at the same time, or at least that is the assumption I made based on his other posts. 1200 is the minimum amount of calories you need to survive, but you with a good workout routine and cardio, you can maintain a regular workout "diet" and still lose fat.

yes but if i dont eat durin school... i get hungry and my stomach starts grumblin... which is kinda.. :/... embrassin :O... and i wonder if some1 have the same illness symtoms as me and recovered can give me advices... i dont think advices from people that have never gotten this would work...

No, 2200 is no where near high calorie intake, and it applies to active athletic lifestyles. A person who is out of shape can burn as many calories as a person who is in shape if they want to.

I sit so much that I don't really eat so...

Food never really comes to mind unless I am specifically signaled to eat (as in I never eat food in my own choice, errr)

umm... i dont think i take alot of calories for my height... i mean... i only ttake more on every 1 or 2 days of the week where i eat snacks... and ive beeen drinkin tea for a long time now (1st reason is that it tastes good and 2nd reason is that it is said to help u lose weight... tho i dont think it work)...

why not try talking to your mom...? just tell her frankly that what she's doing is making you lose self esteem.. and that the neighbors are gossiping that she's not raising a kid, she's raising a prize heifer...

or you can go forrest gump on her, like: mama, i'm a man and i beg you please treat me like one... (note:plan fails if you get kicked out early)
