I normally don't gamble.

But right now I'm in a Fantasy Football League, 16-teams IDP, $100 entrance fee, winner takes all.

At the end of the season I am looking at potentially winning $1,600.

It's among friends, for fun. If I do win though I plan on taking everybody in the league out to a nice dinner.

I despise gambling, I can't watch hard earned cash disappear for nothing. I go to the tavern with mates for a few drinks, and they try bribe me to gamble, they're like "Here's 10 bucks, go jump on a machine" ".......No"

I say knock yourself out. I don't gamble myself unless it's between friends for poker night. Even then it's usually like 50 bucks tops on the table because it stops being fun if people lose out a lot of money. As for teens specifically gambling, I couldn't care one way or the other really.

okay teens look at the big picture!!
How much money is spent each day to win a lotto by one person.
Just because we as adults can gamble ligiitamitly doesn't mean we're any good at it.
you always lose more than ya win. so save your money and buy a new car.

I was gambling on NFL/College football since I was 17 by using people who were of age as proxies. I always thought it was stupid that when I turned 18 I could buy cigarettes and go to war but I couldn't put $5 down on a parlay card at my local sports book, even now that I can gamble legally I still think the age should be lowered to 18.

My ex was a gambler .. when he turned 18 he asked me for like 2 dollars or whatever to get scratch tickets lol
What a fucking loser.

Yea but teens gambling means they don't got nothing better to do or they need money for drugs LOL

I gamble quite a bit. I bet sports games for amounts anywhere up to 750 dollars and play poker with higher stakes once a week or so. I make quite a bit of money doing it, but I'm very smart about it and the money I risk has always been from my extra cash flow. Never risk what you can't afford to lose.

I agree with you. Only gamble money you can afford to loose and remember you win some and you loose some. I gamble online and sometimes i do really well and others i do not. It's a mix between skill and luck

Regardless of if you are an adult or a minor.. you'll probably go through it at some point, regardless. Might as well learn while you're young.
