How many have read any of his works? For those unaware of who he is and his works:

Neil Richard Gaiman (IPA: /ˈgeɪmən/) (born November 10, 1960) is an English author of science fiction and fantasy short stories and novels, graphic novels, comics, and films. His notable works include The Sandman comic series, Stardust and American Gods.

He lives near Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S., in an "Addams Family house". He is married to Mary T. McGrath and has two daughters, Holly and Maddy, and a son, Michael.

Stardust

American Gods

Update, more books <_<

Fragile Things

Good Omens

Some pictures:

As you might have understood already, it is The Sandman that interest me the most ^_^
I just loved the story developed, how the characters developed, the art work... All of it was so lovely and amazingly well done. It saddened me quite when I finished the series, though I am not certain of I've read/seen it all.

So for those of you who have yet to enjoy his work, I highly recommend doing so. You could check with your library or comic/book store :)

The series consists of 10 comic books related to The Sandman, aka Morpheus or Lord of Dreams.

So what do you guys think of this? Considering checking it or? ^_^

No need to feel ashamed : p

I discovered it coincindentally, was at the library during lunch and was bored. Saw the comics, figured it was worth a shot and was captured straight away ^^

No sadly enough. I finished (I think ) the comics not long ago, been planning for a while to get started on his books. Ack, so many good books out there just waiting to be read... But I'm afraid of spending my money

I bought that book .. yesterday! I was at the comic store, was supposed to only buy volume 19 of Samurai Deeper Kyo, but when I saw that book I just had to buy it q_q

My poor wallet... But, to be honest... I can't say I regret buying it, was so lovely.. I almost cried when I finished it.

My God, I can't believe there wasn't already a thread for him! He's one of my all-time favorite authors.

To be honest, I don't like Stardust that much. It seems that people that like it aren't really big fans of Neverwhere, American Gods, The Sandman, etc & people that don't like it love his other/darker works.

:) I've got the feed for his blog added to my LJ and it was really neat watching how the cover art for The Graveyard Book progressed from just rough sketches to actually narrowing it down to the final art.

I'm not sure how everyone else feels about it, but I loved Good Omens. However, it didn't make me want to rush out & start buying Pratchett's works.

Also, I think he's absolutely yummy. :3
