I'll set the universal human lifespan at 100 years, and eliminate aging. People would stop aging physically at 20, then die painlessly on their 100th birthday. I would have to take several measures to eliminate overpopulation. There would be a valve in the male and female reproductive systems that would prevent accidental pregnancies, people wouldn't be able to reproduce until age 22, and would quit being able at age 40, and would only be physically able to have two children.
Everyone would get an IQ boost of 50 additional points, and the mentally handicapped would get more to even things out.
Humans would be instinctually unable to kill another human. When this takes effect, even the most hardened soldiers and assassins would suddenly be overcome with the horror of what they'd done. They would no longer be able to dehumanize their enemies, or to justify or rationalize killing.
