your post makes no sense whatsoever.

CR does not license ANY anime, nor have they paid any copyright holder to host anime here.

if you mean why does CR have some dubbed anime, sometimes dubbed versions are much more common than subbed versions, especially with a lot of older anime.

1) CR is not a distributor of anime in the R1 area.
2) CR does not license anime, they are licensed by said distributors (FUNimation, ADV Films, etc)

3) Licensed anime are removed because
1) They are licensed
2) They have been asked to be removed by said distributors as it is a breach of the Millennium Copyright Act

4) It is not up to Shinji to decide whether or not to keep licensed anime. If he decides to keep them then said distributors can and will take legal action against CR.

5) There are only 2 exceptions to the licensed rule and sadly those are Naruto and Bleach.

6) Discussion Over, no licensed anime on CR! Stand by to lock...

they don't licence anime. they just stop streaming anime since its not theirs and they don't want to be sued. Copyright law don't really want to mess with it

I believe your question has been answered ^-^
CR doesn't license shows; we remove because a company (american usually?) licenses them.
