I only skip if I come across fillers. Always getting in the way just when the good part is about to begin.  But one I catch up to everything, I go back to watch the fillers. |

Usually I wouldn't skip episodes but fillers that aren't relevant to the story- I mean fillers that go off into another reality can kiss my white boy butt. Flashbacks and stuff are fine.

I skipped fillers especially Naruto. Heck I even tried to watch all episodes of Bleach until I stopped watching it.

On my first viewing of a series I will watch every episode, should I repeat a series I may skip episodes (especially Recap episodes)

The only episodes I have ever skipped were the time warp episodes from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I am still convinced that the writers just couldn't think of another plot for the other episodes during that time period. Other than that, I watch all episodes from anime, even filler episodes. Even if they arn't from the main plot line, they are still a part of the show, so why shouldn't I watch them. If I were to skip them, I would feel like I missed out on something.

I never skip an entire episode, but sometimes if one scene is just LAGGING on and on and i know something goods coming up, i fast forward:)

No. I have fast forwarded through recap episodes, but I don't like completely skipping episodes. (If I were doing a rewatch, then I might skip episodes, but I never skip episodes the first time through.)

Only time I skip entire episodes is if its terrible filler or recaps.
I grin and bare it if my least favorite character is being featured for an episode cause I will miss something important more than likely.

Recap eps, yes.
But in general I don't watch shows that have lots of stupid eps to skip over (I won't watch anything longer than, say 80 eps)
