i'm good 5'5 145lbs
bench 225lbs x 15 per set
never went heavier but could i guess
100 to 200 push ups and sit ups per day
i might be strong but my mind isn't

i participated in high jump tournaments and I won a lot..

im 5''11, 170 punds 9% body fat

im weak. i can only curel 55 pounds 4Xthen rest my arms for a sec, binch press 245 6-8X and i dont do squats, and i leg press 500+ im not sure how much but the most iv done was around 500

and i can take on 5 people at once.(i know because i have )

I can bench 120 my legs about 275 and squats only 150

Humans Exceed their Limits When they had to(most on a Pinch situation). So, You cannot tell how strong or weak you are. And Its not all about the Physical. hehe.

I run + swim a lot, so I'm lean more than anything else.

I suspect I can probably last longer than most people in marathons, but I would be left in the dust if we had to compare muscle mass.

i know that my legs are preety strong because i like to fight with legs more than whit hands but how strong well i don't know
