Studying In Japan
Posted 11/4/07
I hear that when you study in japan, then if you join a club and such you can be in school for hours after you have ended school and have to go to club.
But it would be fun to try thou, to study in japan.

based on my brain, studying there in the US would be better.
schools here in asia are more restrictive, with uniforms and such.
in the west however, it has a more democratic approach on students.

I wanted to do an exchange program, however i have yet to take Jap lesson, thus have to drop the idea. Actually Asia study workload are pretty heavy and stressful..very much different from America. I took my undergrad with Upper Iowa and compare with my other frez who study locally....standard very different.

Japan, Korea , Singapore and China undergrads are extremely stressful, many subjects, assignments , tests...basically you don't even have time to enjoy if you really wanted to stay on path with your classmate...

In China, their bachelor require 4 year of study, which equal to US Honour program and since most student wanted to aim for top uni entrance like Beijing and Tsinhua university everyone have to study hard, becoz these two uni accept only the top scholar from each province..The same goes to Japan and Korea...Toyko Uni, Kyoto, Seoul uni are tough uni for local to get in...only the best among the best..just like Harvard, Stanford in US
