Respect is something everyone wants, not many have and few want to give. Most people would appreciate "just a little bit," and most should give just that. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, this does not happen. Perhaps this is because the concept of respect is not understood. What exactly is respect? The dictionary defines it as an act of giving particular attention or high or special regard. This does not explain what it is; it only outlines what it may be.

You should respect others. "Others" includes your peers, teachers, parents, and everyone else. It is adding a miss or sir to the end of a sentence. It is obeying in class and not being rowdy in the hallway. It is the respect of their ideas and what they stand for. It is what brings people together, and if not used, it is what can tear people apart.

Every human being and nation, not according to power or strength, has the right to be respected. It means being treated with consideration and esteem and to be willing to treat people similarly. It means to have a regard for other peoples’ feelings, not just hearing people however listening to them i.e. giving them one’s full attention. Even more importantly, respect means treating one with dignity. Respect is the opposite of humiliation and contempt. Human beings have a host of emotional needs- for love and recognition, for belonging and identity, for purpose and meaning to lives. If all these needs had to be put in one word, it might be respect.

If you do not: like, have the same views, get annoyed at someone, you do not need to respect them, however, you do have to treat them with respect. As a priest des

They must believe that feelings matter.erves respect so does an imam, as a teacher deserves respect so does a cleaner. Even if you do not accept you must respect choices and views of others.

You shouldn't direspect others, because in order to gain respect from others you need to respect them; its a two way road. people feel disrespected when they : feel judged or rejected, are not listened to,have their question not answered, are not included. So what can we do? we can ask them how they feel, validate their feelings, empathize with them, seek understanding of their feelings and take their feelings into consideration. These are just some of the things we can do. For this to work properly these things must be taken into consideration: Each person must be aware of their own feelings; i.e. know how they feel, they must be able to express their feelings. they must know how to listen non-judgmentally & non-defensively, they must know how to validate feelings and they must believe that feelings have value.

If we just try to repect people maybe life would be a whole lot easier, so I hope that society will continue to carry out respect, give it and get it. I will leave you with an Arapho proverb: "When we show our respect for other living things, they respond with respect for us."

i hope its good

Got half-way, then my attention slipped.

Nothing new there for me, other than that: some silly writing mistakes that probably is due to a slip of .. "pen" and silly lack of space after comma.
