I already did.
I lost a bet and so i shaved my legs put on some makeup a skirt a red ribbon and took the buss to the nearest town.
Some looked a little some laughed but it was no biggie

I probably would, but it would be weird to do that just randomly. I think it'd be pretty easy to dress up like a guy:Put on some baggy clothes, shades, a cap, perhaps to hide my hair. Oh, I guess I'd have to wrap my chest T.T. I don't think people would notice unless they knew me or something, so I guess.

I dressed up as a guy when i was 7-9 (not really on purpose though--boys clothes were just more comfy) ... never wearing girl clothes, hair was pretty short so if i wore a hat people never thought I was a girl ^^ lol

In complete public? Probably not.
But I have done it for things such as Skits and Plays. Of course, it becomes part of the act, and so makes it easier to do.
