I have, once.
It was my freshman year of college and there was a halloween based party in my dorms. I borrowed some of my friend's clothes, including a short skirt and wig. As a prank, I wanted to see who would fall for it - so I shaved my leg and wore make up.
Result:
When girls figured out who I was, they touched my leg and shit saying "wooow you got a nice leg"
Guys who didn't know I was dressed up like a girl and didn't know who this "new girl" started flirting with me.
Overall, I was pretty traumatized.

I admire your courage. Truly, you are valiant and fearless.
I would do that if I was skinny enough to pull it off. Then again, I'd probably get embarrassed halfway through the night and my friends would never let me live it down.

been there
just for fun tho and i am not that skinny lol.
first time was a bet and i needed do dress fully (skirt, panty, bra,nice top, wig, make up and earings. and enter a bar.
well i was not the nicest chick arround but every one wanted to take a picture with me and i got my free drinks lol even thou i did not where high heals because they broke and i quickly took on my army boots lol.
second time was at a kareoke constest
there is this belgium group called K3 and they are fully female staffed and me and a buddy of mine entert it as them.
this time i was not so lady like anymore lol still had the skirt but this time i snatched a top from my sister and that only covered my chest part so it was more like one of the group members was pregnant.
but we won second price and that was the best thing of all

Yes I cosplayed for a genderbender. It felt quite liberating, and some people actually thought i was a girl.
