druaga probably wasnt taken down from copyrighting. i mean, since blassreiter is still up on cr, and druaga is hosted in youtube.
i agree with the idea that the one first posted wasnt the actual anime.. but an alternate.

If this is a move to cancel the divx version to favor sub-quality ipod/psp downloads that are available from competitors, then this SUCKS!
I am not going to pay for a 14 days "rent", and I am not going to pay for ipod/psp sub-quality media.
And now I go back into lurking, while hoping that I can "further donate" to Crunchyroll for the divx download  |

OMG i dont know why everyone is freaking out. if you actually read Shinji's post and paid attention you'd see that he says "FOR THE TIME BEING" ok... so its gonna be back up. if you donated and still havent downloaded just wait and chill out.
another point that i have to make. for some reason people seem to think that Tower of DRUAGA was removed due to licensing issues which just wouldnt make sense since the episode was subbed and uploaded by people from GONZO who produced the anime which makes it perfectly legal.
also they didnt take it down because of money either since they are actually getting money off of the series rather than people just watching it like usual for free so they dont have anything to complain about.
and also Shinji's lack of a better explanation is probably due to the fact that they are still in the middle of "business talks" and cannot divulge more information at this moment due to privacy issues.

I paid money to download the episode.
If Shinji took away the possibility to download it BEFORE I download it, then I gave my money for nothing.
And, sincerely, I'm not that kind of person that gives money for nothing. Not because I'm a bastard, but because I have only few money, and I can't afford to waste them.
