A decent question which is not one of my own creation. But a good one none the less:
There's a train speeding down the tracks which will hit 10 people and kill them. The only way to prevent this is to hit a switch which will cause the train to move over to another track, thusly avoiding the 10 people. However, on this other track is a single baby who will die instead. What do you do?

If it was itching very badly... yes
Someone accuses you of cheating when you didn't but the whole situation could be defused with you signing a confession and getting off with a warning, but if you refuse it turns into a big deal and you could be expelled. What would you do?

I would sign the confession, just so I wouldn't have to deal with that chance, of being expelled
You are your best friend are deserted on an island there is no food, to be found on land or in the water. A time passes on you are left with the choice of eating your friend and surviving or dieing with teh chance of them eating your dead corpse.
