Torah, Bible, Koran = No (flawed books written by humans)
As for God actively being involved? I doubt it, but He is probably aware of things.

I do believe in God, but I believe in God differently than most Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist and so on do. I look at God as someone who is something greater than we can ever hope to comprehend or understand, and that no religious text of any religion written thousands of years ago can ever truly tell us what God is really like or what he really wants. Someone who is just a part of something big like us, but the only difference being is that he's omnipotent and we're not. I might catch some heat from this and I'm not trying to insult anyone's religion, but I just think that God is beyond our understanding and there's no way for us to really know just who he is.

I do NOT belive in a "divine" right to dictatorship.
...as humans I belive we have a right to rule ourselves. Yea, maybe we would suck at it, but thats not the point. The point is freedom.

No, I dont believe in the religious view of some sort of "God", but I think theres maybe some kind of unknown power that is watching our backs ~ I dont have anything against those who believe in God tho.
