so? what about it?

Edit: didn't see the topic description

hmm what do you mean by immature? do you mean underage kids? I guess it's okay for me, it's their choice afterall, but what's important is that they are prepared to know or at least be given a warning if they are going to watch or read something

kids of tender ages will tend to watch things not suitable for them and they don't even know what is good or bad or even with warning

if you're too immature, some anime or parts of it may fly right off your head
For example, people of different maturity levels watching gundam 00 have different perceptions. Or for a more extreme example, cowboy bebop can seem extraordinarily boring if you cannot understand it.

It's up to the parents and older siblings to decide whether their kid(s)/sibling(s) are mature enough to view and/or read said anime(s) and/or manga(s).

i say is all a bucnh of bs i've seen real corpses before and i was 10 no biggy but americans go oh my god a boob rated R
bug deal i meanhell they have a buch of violence on tv and videogames but it has no real impct on people how yuo are thought to do things until you have consciousness is important but even then once u reach that point u write ur own progrming in that brain of yours rating stuff is a little overated i mean yaeh i can understand bloking plain out sex drugs and violence to a 5 year old or a 10 year old but from 13 onwards theyallready know a lot and they think know it all if we make somenthing forbidden they will just find the means to get it

It depends on the mentality of the child I guess. If someone can take the violence and mature themes without going crazy and get influenced by it, I guess its fine. However, now a days, there's way too much violence caused by many things, one being what kids watch or hear (media, shows, etc...)
What are ratings going to do anyways? Its so easy just to watch or read something off the internet now.

IMO. Blocking out things just gives another reason for someone to watch it. For example, what would you do if someone said to you, "Dont look what's behind you," your first reaction is, of course, to see what it is. Blocking shows will work for younger children but, older ages tend to ignore them =P

Well, look at the amount of Narutards there are... they shouldn't have been allowed to watch Naruto. And like hiyonomay said, there are people imitating Naruto characters and dying. Obviously if they weren't shown Naruto, they wouldn't do that.

Death note is a shounen manga/anime, which means it's aimed at young boys.

as long as there are people who have no common sense there will always be issues concerning anime due to the exageration of many gesture and actions

damm parents blaming shit on anime fuck man if they are with the dammm snot they would not be watching violent shit mannnn most people blame others before they blame themselves
