I suggest to anyone who wants to loose weight,

Eat mini wheats for breakfast.
Distract yourself from the kitchen by going outside and walk a couple blocks. 20 mins of walking beats 20 mins of eating.
After work, chug down an assload of water and a vitamin b pill.

Vinegar diluted with water makes me feel a lot better. It has a Ph level of 2, which is pretty acidic, so I wouldn't drink it on an empty stomach. Prolonged use of vinegar has a potential to cause stomach ulcers. I only used it during detox phases.

BTW - White distilled is the easiest to stomach.

Vitamin B wont distract you from the kitchen. It is an appetite booster. Especially vitamin B - 12.
