The company was wise to refund the item. I mean, it's all about customer service. You have to keep the customer happy and you don't want to disappoint them. That shirt saidm "I like to be on top," I am not sure if it mean anything sexually. At least it wasn't meant to be sexually in my view. This is a sport shirt i think . Nike brand normally refer to sport such as basket ball.

This is simply a miscommunication in culture and how the consumers think. To me the line it said, "I like being on top." It simply mean, "I like being number one." In sport, everyone want to be a top winner number one.

Just as fenderhawk said, it mean I like being the best. He got the general idea. As for the rest, i don't know what's going on in their mind. Maybe they always think about sex and being horny all the time.

Next time, they should just sell blank T-shirts with the brand Nike. Putting picture of the basket ball can be a problem too. They might think of it as a testicle. This can be trouble some.

I wouldn't recommend them to sell black clothing either. Black normally refer to the "black hole." The black hole was a theory made up by some scientist. It suck things in due to it gravity. Since the black color refer to black hole. So they might have a sexual mind might think like, "I am a hole, come and put your thing in my hole."

Oh yeah, don't sell red color either. Their sexual mind might think the red color as the blood from menstruation.

In conclusion, I say anything can be seen as a sexual innuendo if you wanted to think of it as sexually.

I don't think you should wear a shirt with printing in a language you don't understand anyways, and since it was a Nike shirt it probably does just mean something along the lines of: I like being # 1, but people's minds are in the gutter these days.

Westerners who don't know Chinese and Japanese: http://www.hanzismatter.com

This is just a matter of purchasing what you don't truly understand for its 'cool factor'. I love engrish shirts.

That's funny, and kinda sad. I love nike and I have never seen a shirt like that lol. I wouldn't ever get one if I did see it, but heck, that is pretty funny.
