It's really easy to get your hands of a cracked version of CS3 online... not that I'm promoting piracy or anything, but if you REALLY need software to color in your drawings, GIMP would be all you'd probably need ~ plus, it's free.

GIMP, Photoshop, OpenCanvas. Those are all the softwares I know. But using a tablet would be best. *hugs wacom intuos* Maybe..I should learn how to use OpenCanvas...>.>''' It seems so much easier and smoother. >.<

What? Photoshop is not that good and to difficulty to use. Use Paint.Net you can move the lines where every and it's like Gimp just much more easier to use. Actually good to have both Paint.Net and Gimp if you think about it!
