Stick to your own language. But then again, the argument can be turned around. Those who's first language is English probably speak terrible Jap.
--The worst english attempt i've heard was in Ai Yori Aoishi (i think i spelled that right) where the one girl comes back from England and bumps into Tina.

accent-wise, i think it can sometimes add to the 'cuteness', grammar-wise, it can get annoying

Listen to Code Geass R2 OP. "I continue to fight, I continue to fight." I didn't have a clue what they were saying when I saw the RAW.

the ending song in spice and wolf is in English, sounds a little weird but it doesn't really bother me. English speaking people talking in Japanese probably sounds weird to them

Once you get used to the crappiness of it... it becomes funny... and awesome. Some terms in any one anime may really be intended to be in english (i.e. Gorudion Hanma - "Goldion Hammer".)

I forget one episode of Gintama, but I definitely heard this: "Domesuchikku Vayorensu" (Domestic Violence)

Others I've heard:
Senchimentaristo (Sentimentalist)
Ego (Ego. Note: The letter E is pronounced differently in Japanese.)
