I guess unless you put on those creams that protect it or whatever...doesnt it depend too how high you set the temp?

nah basically it'll definitely damage your hair.
that's why you should use the heat protection creams, yup. that said, i should really buy some, huh? xD.

tempurature isnt really a big facter but the rule is, the thicker the hair the higher the setting. if thin hair gets exposed to maxed heat settings for too long, the heat will draw away moisture particles from ur hair leaving it dry and damaged. creams just help look in the moisture while retaining for in which the straightener leaves ur hair as. but yes it does damage ur hair, but nothing is free in this world is it?

how do you use those heat protective creams/sprays? do you straiten right after putting it on doesnt it melt it into your hair?

to use heat protective cream .. fafter u take shower dry ur hair and apply like 3 or 4 drops of heat pro cream on ur hair den fix da temp of ur straightner den u can use straightner

i have straight hair....but i killed it with heat...lots of it....now its all frizzy and poufy...but i'm taking a break from straightening it.....
