Clearly Sasuke.
The levels in power is clear when Yamato, Sai, Sakura and Naruto meet him at Orochimaru's base.
He would've destroyed them all had it not been for Orochimaru.

i'd say naruto or sasuke...although sakura improved a ton as well, she was so weak at first but now she's pretty damn strong and she's got medical ninjutsu...so i suppose all of team 7 |

well wouldnt you have to say sakura for this one. i mean, we know sasuke and naruto will continue on growing, this would have to be sakura who just used to be sooooooooo useless in shonin jump. also shikamaru to. he is always still complaining but has become a great dependable leader.

I see myself in quite a lot of characters. I try to understand each and every one of them, and they have all improved immensely. Naruto has definitely improved the most, Sasuke comes in at second place, because of the path he's taken. If he comes back to the light and continues to improve, then he will surpass Naruto in my eyes.
