I think anyone of you should try this white blend. Chamarre- Tradition, Jurancon, South West France 2003. I went to try last week and the taste= superb!!!. Exactly as it described by critic "very sweet succulent with excellent depth of fruit, balanced by orange acidity. Super-ripe , dried peach nose. "

4 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
4 thin sliced smoked ham
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg; beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream

Pound chicken breast to ¼-inch thickness. Sprinkle each piece on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on each breast. Roll up each breast using toothpicks to secure if necessary. Dredge each in flour, shake off excess, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs. Place seam side down in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Place 1 tablespoon butter on each piece of chicken. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes until juices run clear. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine broth and whipping cream; season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, oregano). Simmer on low stirring until thickened; Pour over chicken.

Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients -

1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/4 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup sliced Mushrooms
2 tablespoons thawed Frozen Peas
2 tablespoons diced Red Onion
2 tablespoons diced Pineapple
1 tablespoon chopped Cilantro
3 1/2 cups cooked Brown Rice
1/4 cup Low-Salt Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

Preparation:

In a large nonstick skillet, over medium high heat, heat sesame oil until hot. Add bell pepper, mushrooms, peas, onion, pineapple and cilantro. Saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent.

I just found it

Hmmm... Sounds tasty! So u gonna cook right? Ganbatte ne! Be sure 2 let me 'taste' after u cook it... ~_^

Ok I got all the ingredients and measure them *focusing in the measurements of the ingredients*....Ok all of the ingredients are measured correctly, now *walking and looking for a clean large nonstick skillet*Ok,i found it,I will now cook on the stove,ok the fire is medium high...its hot... so I'll put some sesame oil on the skillet and wait until it's hot....it's hot now I'll add the bell pepper, mushrooms, peas, onion, pineapple and cilantro.*waiting for 5mins. stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent*..I'll put now the rice, chicken broth and soy sauce..now reduce the fire in medium.....*cooking until 3-5mins....until all the liquid is gone..

THIS IS IT:

Pineapple Fried Rice
