Do you still prefer/enjoy watching Kdramas despite what others may say about them like:

- Too Long/draggy
- Somebody dies/illness
- Love Triangle
- The Evil *itch
- Similar story plots
- Rich character and poor character
- ....etc, etc...

I don't know why, but despite all of these, or what others may say about Kdramas, I still find myself enjoying Kdramas more than any other dramas, it's not like I don't watch other dramas, but I just find myself watching Kdramas more, not just romance ones or something, but all types of genres(comedy,action,historical...)!!

- Even if some may say it's too long, I actually don't mind the length. Draggieness, sometimes, but I can always skim through the scenes, and the same goes with Jdramas, as much as people say it's short and to the point, I always find myself skimming through scenes too, the same goes to any dramas. But if I can finish a drama even with a few skimming, and skipping scenes, but totally LOVE it in the end, then I'm satisfied!!...
- Dieing and illness, not all dramas but some, I try to stay away from those ones.
- Love Triangle, which dramas in general don't?...
- The Evil * itch, yes, there's always somebody!!, actually I think that without this character, the plots would be blahh!!...I like to watch the evil character even if I don't like them, I can sit there cursing at them!...it's so fun!!hahaha!! But I think thai/lakorn dramas have the worst *itches!!..They seriously get down and rowdy!!..at least the ones I've seen!!
- Similar story plots, some, but don't know, I don't seem to mind sometimes...
- Rich character and poor character, only some again, but I don't mind either.

***Honestly, without any of these, I don't think they would be kdramas would they?...

My favorite Kdramas so far:

-Soulmate
-Hon Gil Dong(My first Historical drama, and I LOVED it!!)
-My Girl
-Time Between Dog and Wolf
-Bad Family

I found K-dramas a cliche.. as in their storylines. Most of the time, I watch them halfway and I could already predict the ending. I prefer Japanese dramas. But I must say that their movies are pretty good most of the time.

But I love these 2 Kdramas ('cos they didn't bore the heck out of me) :
1. Full House
2. My Lovely Samsoon

I even managed to watch them till the end!

i couldnt agree more with all the reasons u listed there.. especially about the love triangle (sometimes it can be square too).. lol.. but when i think about it again, most of my favorite dramas are from kdramas.. so, maybe because of the good acting from the actors and actresses that make kdramas still popular..

p/s: my favorite kdramas are Coffee Prince and Goong

I don't think they're too long, I think Japanese dramas are too short, and I think all of the cliches make k-drama my favourite type of drama.

In my opinion they're just right. Jap dramas are short and to the point while taiwanese dramas drag forever. And K dramas are just right, and inbetween.

Either way I watch them all.
