Imperial in-charge: natskaito

Each clan has a dorm or in other words, their territory.
The dorms is kept in order by the clan leader, with the help of the vice.
If there is still no clan leader or vice for a clan, the dorms and forum cannot start.

---> Just intruding but should I remind you that if you a to be placed in a pentagon room and you see that the room you picked has an occupant already,, that doesn't mean that you can't occupy it too. The fact is,, you can! Since Petagon rooms can have 5 people occupying it...
