If it's teleporting.. theres no need for him to activate it at the end of episode 2, after getting out of his Knightmare. He would have justed teleport both himself and the Vincent, into the Chinese Union building and killed everyone.

I think his geass probably allows him to move so abnormally fast that it seems like he's teleporting, a "Flash step" if you will. This would also explain why he doesn't just teleport past Urabe to Zero during the fight in episode two. Furthermore, the streaks of blue lightning that apear on Urabe's Knightmare's arm and the Guren's arm, suggested that the Vincent streaked through the space between them, rather than teleporting past.

Yep, not all geass needs to look into one's eyes. and remember what lelouch said when he met rollo's kinghtmare, he definitely said something about it (forgot the exact wording,) it's teleportation or something that makes it looks like an instant movement through space.
And i think they just put rollo activating his geass at the end just to show that he has a geass (since its a good way to end an episode)...... or maybe his teleportation is restricted to only open areas? so wall blocked bringing his kinghtmare with him...? Well, it's a wild guess=_=

Most say it's teleporting. Well, it could be that he can only go to areas that he can see, or can go short distances only. After all, most of the Geass fully shown had at least one weakness.

I just feel that it's more speed than teleporting. And him needing to see the area to teleport to it still doesn't explain why he would get out of the Vincent and use his geass, instead of smashing through and attacking. Like I said I think the geass controls speed, or is something we totally haven't seen yet.

i doubt itll be teleport, my guess is that he can control light refraction or something so that he can become invisible for a few seconds

Just becoming invisible doesn't explain how he got past Karren and Urabe so quickly.

like what i said above maybe he is a clone of nunnally and VV gave Rollo the geass which is some sort of Knightmare godspeed mode like SEED or something

i think the geass is to slow time. Its limit is tat it can onli be used to slow time(maybe even stop time) for a while a limited amount of times in a minute or an hour, because when he was fighting with Urabe san he could not run(teleport) away. I am against teleportation because if his knightmare can be teleported with him.(which i think for a geass is way too powerful). He would hav just killed everyone in the tower if he had teleportation.

Found out tat Lulu is left eye geass user while Rollo is a right eye geass user while the emperor dude is a both eye geass .. Mao has both eye geass too.

Edit: or maybe its to cause hallucinations. because so far all the geass users,Lulu,Mao and the Emperor their geass has something to do with the victim's brain. lulu can command people once ,Mao can read other people's mind and the emperor can erase memories and remake memories
Its weaknesses are maybe it needs to be charged up as he allowed two people to see him before he kills them.although how he managed to slash both Urabe san and Kallen together is kinda hard to explain.. maybe his swords hav invisible extendable blades?
