LOTR is just SOOOO epic!! i don't see how you could even compare them. it has a sense of desperation, urgency, and necessity that star wars lacks. the battles are way cooler, the action is more intense, and the storyline is way more awsome.
i also love all the references to norse mythology. its so obviously norse influenced.

Duh lord of the rings! i love that kind of s I like star wars to but the 2nd and 3rd movie ehhhh..... i dotn want to soun dlike a geek an di know that it sounds like i am but i swear im not, ive seen the 1st movie at least 30 times, two towers at least 25 times, and the 3rd at least 30 times. mainly my sis wanted to ewatch it everyday and i'd watch with and bc it was on tv everyday so when i was sick i'd watch and in the summer if i had nthin else to do. ive read the books and played the games, oh have nvm lol i swear im not a nerd tho lol! by the way i love asian women, just wanted to throw that out there

star wars. Lord of the rings was executed poorly. It made me very sleepy and my head hurt because of the filters.Star wars has character development.
Lord of the rings has angst and is depressing.
I like angst but after a while it pisses me off. Though the second movie wasn't to bad.
I guess it's the usual thing. Because Lord of the rings was originally a book and star wars started out as a screen play I can't help but prefer star wars
