Honestly, without being a straight up Hentai.. I would say the anime Girls Bravo.. It shows nudity, perversion, lesbianism, groping, sexual innuendos, clothes that come off really easily, and tentacles..
It's so close to hentai without actually being hentai..

The first season TV series is censored, the DVD release isn't..
