You're too quick to cast a conclusion, my friend.

And that conclusion is not exactly correct.

It's the fashion[how you wear it] VS koshirae[the fittings]

There is jindachi zukuri and buke zukuri.
Jindachi zukuri is the way it is worn, edge down and also speaks for the koshirae or fittings with the mount that allows one to append it to armor.

Buke zukuri is the style of koshirae and wearing on a Katana.

The sword in question has a buke-zukuri style koshirae but is worn like Jindachi Zukuri.

Therefore it cannot be Tachi as the koshirae is in Buke Zukuri but it cannot be a Katana as it is worn Jindachi zukuri.

It is my educated conclusion that the fellow is an idiot and he does not know which way to wear a sword.

I thought I mentioned it before; I have an eidetic memory. I can pull up any information I think of and can use it instantaneously.

I just told you what it is. If you want to know more, look it up or ask a doctor specializing in neurology or psychology.

I didn't insult you. I don't insult people.

okay, let's stop talking bout Yajirobe... what about Shishio Makoto?? you guys remember him? During the Kyoto arc, he was one of the most powerful enemies Kenshin has ever faced! i think he'd probably beat Kenshin if it wasn't for his handicap... tsk. tsk. tsk. poor Kenshin...
