Definitely Tara Armstrong who voiced the Fairy Godfather in Fairly Odd Parents, Raven from teen titans and bubbles from (what else?) The Powerpuff Girls. Her voice-acting isn't just believable and energetic ( Lotsa voice-actors are too). It's the sheer versatility of character types she can handle that just astounds me. She's like a master of all trades in her field....

The voice of Dark from DNAngel, Kuchiki Byakuya from Bleach, and Tezuka from the Prince of Tennis; Okiayu Ryoutarou. Yep, he's awesome.
