But the best Seiyuu would be Monkey D. Luffy from (Japanese) One Piece. A fucking 54-year-old portrays, almost flawlessly, might I add, a 17-year-old carefree pirate.

Paku Romi!! She's my fave cause she voiced so many boy characters and the voices are so cool!! I like her dubs of Ueki, Edward and Natsume.

2nd would be Kugimiya Rie, then Hirano Aya and then Ueda Kana
