After I Finish the game, I play it again for fun purpose, that's the time I use the cheats to know if its really useful...

I think if you don't test your limits, they get harder to reach.

Is looking at guides cheating? : O
Well, I only refer to walkthroughs when I really don't know how to defeat something or when the story is going at a snail pace. |

Yes. I do use cheats in playing RPG.
But I just use the cheats in the sidequests and hidden items that are too tough to unlocked and never in getting out of a tricky dungeon. I have to solve it myself I'm not really the type that would repeat the game to have 100% playthrough. You see, it will be the same story and all so, might as well finish it 100% in first attempt and use my time in playing another title. |

andydono wrote: isnt RE4 suppose to be extremely easy in the wii consule... i borrowed my cousin's wii to play RE4. i beated everything within a week (that includes mercenaries, pro mode, and blah blah...). i find the game much more challenging in the gamecube/ps2 verisions... I don't know 'bout that, I do know that it has everything from the Gamecube and PS2 versions, and I think, the international version, except for the chainsaw controller from the PS2. Mercenaries was hard at first but then if you know what you're doing, it's hecka easy. |

RadicalDreamer wrote: What's defined as cheating in a game though? is it like looking up guides when you get stuck or like using stuff like Gameshark or w/e I believe that "looking up guides" is a form of cheating and Gameshark is a big form of cheating, but then it's all good. There are built-in things that may also be considered cheating; such as W-Item in Final Fantasy VII, money in Final Fantasy VIII. Any GTA game; these games where made so you'd have to cheat to beat 'em. |
