MOST LUXURY CAR
Posted 9/22/08
VIP FTW! Think of it.... Junction Produce Celsior with Garson Executive curtains and the passenger desktops. Then add the cigar humidor and liquor rack. All the luxury of a Maybach at a fraction of the cost.

VIP!? You're joking, right? That's all wanna-be add-on stuff, plus the ride height all but guarantees less-than-a-soft ride on real world streets with bumps, potholes, etc. The most luxurious cars have to be the ones you custom order from Maybach, RR, Bentley, and tastefully done limo conversions. Because if you have to drive your "VIP luxury" car yourself - you ain't a VIP. Price is no consideration when it concerns vehicles of this type.

I think people are confusing Sport and Super Cars with Luxury Cars. I don't know about Maybachs, Bentleys, or Rolls Royces, but the most luxurious car I've been in is the Mercedes S-Class. In particular the S600. I also hear the Audi A8 is quite luxurious.

09 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid <--- AWESOME car

lol i cant believe that you think a chevy is one of the most luxurious cars...

maybach ftw.

Maybe the new Tahoe Hybrid really is nice.
Whats it matter that its Chevy, Rolls Royce, BMW or Mercedes.
All I know is that it had CVT, didn't feel a single shift shock...it was roomy, it was very smooth ride, it idled so quietly.
I don't know about you, but...that sounds pretty luxurious as it is for me.

I bet you were on a smooth road. The reason why he was giving you a hard time is that most people do not consider a car drenched in plastic luxury. CVT is a type of transmission that is a 1 speed with continual acceleration at the optimal rpm while the ratios change in the transmission aka marketing gimmick. It is called a gear change in several hundreths of a second not shift shock.
