Clouds in Advent children... sure they combine to make one sword, but he dual wields some of the time =P As for just dual wielders Archer from fate/stay night was pretty bad-ass

oh, best dual swords.. i guess its cloud and his kickass swords, or kanda's from D.Gray-man mugen and the illusionary blade there,
there's also the 13th and 8th captain of bleach there, but i've never seen their swords in action so i wouldnt kno if their good or not ..

Kodachi isn't dual swords... A kodachi is a type of short sword.
Dual swords is Nito-Ryu.

Anyway, I think the best is the guy from RuroKen, whose name has escaped me, the bad guy with the black hair.

Bah, stupid me. I shouldnt have really followed a game's weapon listing.=p But then again, they could also got it wrong. XD

But really, even if i choose Kanda's, Kyoraku's, Ukitake's and Cloud's dual swords, they really originated from a single sword. Also, i havent seen other dual swords that have been used in other Animes, so i cant really say since i dont know their abilities.

Well, you're not wholly wrong. Kodachi are usually one of the types of swords that are used in a duel wield. Like the wakizashi, its short length allows it to be paired with a katana (though you shouldn't.), or to pair two of them together (as in Rurouni Kenshin) I have no clue how good of an idea dual-wielding Kodachi IS, but obviously it can be done.
Other pairs are a katana and wakizashi, and in SD Kyo, the character Akira dual-wields chisakatana.

My favorite weapon, btw, is the jo, or short staff.
