EEE i have another theory!

Im thinking that the new captain is a captain from the past and that maybeeeeeee hes ichigo's dad, isshin kurosaki.

and if u look at the picture of the new captain and a picture of isshin u can see a resemblance. because if it was the past isshin would have had more hair, and if u look at both of their chins they both have the bits of hair.
Well thats my theory, tell me what ya think guys.

Unless he just magically appears to help but it seems highly unlikely. Though i gotta admit it would be cool... well depending on what squad he would be assigned too...
