Can a deaf guy hear in his dreams?
Yes, because it's rare for deaf people to be completely deaf.

Their perspective of sound can be drastically different from ours, though.

I'm not deaf, and I rememer some soundless dreams fr33z3r, and it felt normal too..

As to blind people, I don't know, I suppose they imagine the forms and colours of their surroundings in their dreams.

Maybe if they had vision prior to being bilnd... they'd have normal dreams.

But if they were blind since birth, maybe their dreams are comprised mainly of sounds and smells?

i think that blind people are able to dream because their minds shouldn't be shut off from the world and they are still able to hear and feel so that could be something that would be in their dreams

I think people born blind dream their own perception of color and objects, I seen in this movie where these two blind people (one born blind the other turned blind at age 40) any way the older lady was describing color to the teenage boy and he kinda put his own perception on color. Anyway the obvious thing to do is to ask a (born blind) person. Also, new technology can allow a blind person to see the world in black and white dots, it will soon be available to everyone, the blind person using it could recognize trees, cars, and buildings, etc.

i think blind people can also dream, cuz they can still hear things
it's just they can't see anything

Yes, i think they can. Because we can create images in our minds anyway. Just close your eyes and imagine. It's just that since blind people haven't seen anything of the outside world, their dreams might just be lots of weird lines and maybe blots of sorts. Sad, sad lives they lead.

Guess it would depend. If the person had become blind, I think they would be able to dream but if they were born blind, they wouldn't know what anything actually looks like so... what would they dream about? Something you can only ask a blind person

haha! of course, though they're blind, they could also dream about colorful stuffs. but if they were blind at birth, then i think it's a different situation. hmm.. i should ask some people who are specialists.
