Funny you mentioned that.
Drinking and Smoking is for 18+ only. But here in the Philippines, it's for at any age.
Hyeah. I've seen a kid, smoking some Marlboros in the street. That kinda creeped me out. I don't actually smoke, and a kid does?

Not every household owns a gun. I don't own one and I most likely wouldn't buy one either. You need a license though. Maybe Singapore has illegal guns? Someone has to have a gun haha

nope, sing is very gd, no illegal guns , low crime rate

That's good ! We need more stricter laws here ! Maybe crime would go down too !

ya, US has a high crime rate , well known throughout the world, sing is very very small.

The highest crime rate as I read is in England actually Haha !

i dont know if thats true or not. what crimes does this refer to? violent crime, petty crime? crime leading to death?

where are the stats? :)

I just googled, Country with largest crime rate and that's what appeared in a couple links.

stats are weird lol, i just saw iceland come up on one search and england on another. there seems to be variation depending on the crime, and sometimes seem to only compare the leading economies/countries. glasgow in scotland has one of the highest murder rates, but apparently washington DC has the highest. i think problem areas can skew the results for countries. also from what i see south africa is very dangerous. also, i would rather live in the uk at the moment than vote in zimbabwe at the moment *scary*

i have a theory: these places get their stats from the police departments and governments - so the stats will depend largely on whether or not crimes are investigated, reported and solved etc. i dont think all gang related crime is reported. just my opinion, theres a lot of in house dealing with gang crime. then theres crime in some underdeveloped countries which wont be reported or might even be instigated by the government and or police. (im sure theres a certain maount of this in developed countries too).
if you have a corrupt government then their stats maybe shouldnt be trusted.
also in the uk especially the police are under pressure to produce good crime figures, and its easier to solve and resolve pettier crime than spend ages on mid-level crime. so they might be messing up the figures by producing numbers representative of certain smaller crimes in certain areas.

i dont think we'll ever know for sure which the worst is.
but remember from my earlier post - we cant include anyone shooting welshpeople with bows and arrows within the walls of the city of chester after midnight because in the UK thats still legal

It is completely legal to wear black clothes. I have seen people dressed up as Superman etc in the city and they didn't arrested, just stared at.

Hmhm, in my Country (America) Hilary Clinton passed a Law where the Morning After Pill is now over the counter. Isn't that just nice to know that any nine-year-old can just walk in there with 20 bucks and ask for the MAP and they will give it to her? ^^

That's a lie!
