What's your favorite sushi?

There's another thread on sushi in general, but I'll let this thread slide, unless another mod would beg to differ.

And what do you mean by "lock if it's possible"... are you asking for the thread to be locked?

Anyway, I like the simple sushi. A typical Kani or Uni would do fine for me... My choice of sushi might not be very flamboyant, but I'm very picky about it. Everything must be right... right down to the rice grain.

Yes... very hard to please.
