What's your favorite sushi?

It's not really sushi sushi I guess but if you're ever in Austin, Texas; go to a place called Kyoto's. It's in beautiful downtown Austin. They have a roll called "The Longhorn" (of course named after the University of Texas's mascot). IT IS SOOOO GOOOOOOODDDDD!! I eat way too much of it when I go.
