What's your favorite sushi?

I haven't tried all the one's that sound like they'd be good.
But out of the Sushi I have tried so far the Dynamite Tempura Roll is my favorite.
From what I've seen I tend to favor the more western style rolls and have loved just about any of the one's I've tried that have been deep fried xD Although there are quite a few I like that are not deep fried or anything like the California or Philadelphia Rolls. I also haven't really had anything but the rolls so far. I'd like to try a lot more sushi!
