Eh Kaien turned out to be such a bastard. I just gave up on him so I'm waiting for Rukia to finally get over him. Nice pic by the way but i don't like their skin color. Too dark for me.

This manga has been getting pretty good. Yea, I think she's going to kill him for real this time even though he has the advantage.

I just finished reading the latest chapter and I think Kaien is about to end up out of the picture!

yeah my fault 266

Chad is my favorite character, he is already strong enough to beat former espada without breaking a sweat. The reason he gets the tar beaten out of him is because he was fighting Arrancar number 1! All thats left of Kaien is his appearance and memories, the hollow has taken over his personality, Rukia will struggle with her emotions, but I think she will win, maybe even with bankai. 266 is gonna rule!

noitora isn't #1. on chap. 263 he said "after butchering 1000 weaklings, who the hell would acknowledge the fact that i'm the strongest ?". my guess is he's either #2 or #3,
with ulquiorra being #1.


anyways, i read chap. 266. the chapter is mostly rukia vs. aaroniro with little dialogue. it seems aaroniro isn't kaien after all.

This may be the improper forum to post this question, but it's been bugging me for a while and I haven't found a more on-topic forum that's been updated recently.

Someone explain this to me. Yamamoto-Genryuusai is, by a wide margin, the strongest Captain. Why doesn't he just deal with direct threats to Soul Society personally? He was perfectly willing to kill his own students (8th and 13th Captains, whom he considered adopted sons) for disobeying an execution order that was invalid to begin with. But whenever the very existence of Soul Society is threatened by...I don't know...maybe immortal spirit particle absorbing superhumans riding a vengence kick (re: Bount), he stands around with his thumb up his ass. He may have had good intentions, but his judgement leaves much to be desired.
