Um no Kenpaichi doesn't as far as we know, but remember when he lost to ichigo he asked his sword what its name was, and said he wanted to get stronger? After all he won't be able to fight 5th espada dude if he releases unless he has a bankai now, and it just feels like that fight is leading up to something big. Just my theory but I reckon its gonna happen. Nel is the former 3rd espada and very strong.

Former? Like how long ago? Since the recent arrancars in the series are in the 10x and stuff. Also I'm guessing Ishida doesn't get a cooler bow?
Not sure how long ago but she can fight current 5th Espada and look like she is winning with ease (till she reverts back to useless form) and no Ishida does not get a cooler bow. Oh yeah and no vizards have turned up yet but some captains have.

Well the small nel you first see is a wounded nel who has lost her memories of being an espada. When she gets temporarily healed and gets her memories back she turns into a sexy lady. In this form she has a zanpakutou. Then when she releases she transforms from a sexy lady into... a goat. She reverts all the way back to tiny useless form because she still hasn't recovered her full strength. Pm me if you have any other questions, otherwise its gonna spam up the forum.

Damn i was wrong about which division Shinji was the captain too. Lol Urahara is as funny as always. Jeez i cant believe Hiyori was a lieutentant. Cant wait for the next chapter to see more of everyones history.
