All of them, because my style already has grappling, weaponry and striking (it is traditional Praying mantis style, not mixed). I also learned other styles as well (Tae Kwon Do, Kendo). So I can combine my style with Tae Kwon Do, filling in the last requirement (Mixed, hybrid, and multi-discipline).

I use mix martial arts since it is the most effective fighting style in a normal street brawl lol

Mixed, because its more versatile.

I practice and teach koryu Jujutsu. Jujutsu is, contrary to grappling which most assume, a hybrid art. It has atemi waza which are a set of striking techniques.

Jujutsu is a complete art tried and tested on the battlefield and proven to be very effective in combat. It was used for centuries in actual war by samurai to kill and incapacitate even armed opponents.
I enjoy Kyokushin as well.

I am also very much partial to Iaijutsu. I am an assistant instructor in Muso Shinden ryu which has in transmission kenjutsu and battojutsu along with it's Iaijutsu curriculum. Kenjutsu is Japanese Swordsmanship, Battojutsu is specialty subset of waza in Kenjutsu that employs the drawing of the blade as a cut to gain the initiative. Iaijutsu is a more refined concept that took on it's own martial art. It involved drawing the blade into a cut to gain the initiative, then a killing stroke, then finishing with chiburi and noto.

So I will have to say "All of them."

Anyone who wants to be able to adequately defend themselves in combat MUST learn Striking AND Grappling as oftentimes a fight ends up in a grappling match.

I choose all of them because learning only one will leave weakness to exploit.

striking! because i enjoy striking the most! however, joint locks and submissions are a must for any martial artist aiming for practical use in combat. On a side note, submissions become especially important when the person is double jointed!

fighting is a mindset a true path of a warrior is not limited to certain types of fighting or martial arts. ur mind is the most dangerous weapon u can posses dont restrict it disciplines and rules of engagement.
