Persistently make high-pitched noises and call your friends in the middle of the night about unimportant things. Call them and make high-pitched noises. Show people you really care by carrying around an amplifier and microphone and creating such wonderful feedback when you try to sing Over the Rainbow off key and then switch to some Whitney Houston for added irritation. That ought to work.

Whenever you play fighting games with another player, mock him in anyway possible lol.
I have this friend who I've beaten in tekken like 3 times in a row. Lol, every time I beat him, I saw "ch. too easy"
And when he beats me he goes "HA HA! I DID IT" I'd be like "WOW you're sooooooooo good :3"/
They get pissed off like crazy XDD
:3 I don't play video games while they are hardcore gamers which makes them mad

Follow a few paces behind someone, spraying everything they touch with a can of Lysol.

Make beeping noises when a large person backs up.

Do not add any inflection to the end of your sentences, producing awkward silences with the impression that you'll be saying more any moment.

Change channels five minutes before the end of every show.

Repeat the following conversation a dozen times: "Do you hear that?", "What?", "Never mind, it's gone now."

Ask people what gender they are.

Lick the filling out of all the Oreos, and place the cookie parts back in the tray.

Chew on pens that you've borrowed.

Ask the waitress for an extra seat for your "imaginary friend."

Go to a poetry recital and ask why each poem doesn't rhyme.

Invite lots of people to other people's parties.

Holler random numbers while someone is counting.

Honk and wave to strangers.

Tell people their accent isn't fooling anyone.

Pay for your dinner with pennies.

Inform others that they exist only in your imagination.

Stare at static on the TV and claim you can see a "magic picture."

Say "okay, you're gay" to anything someone says.

When in a conversation, look out the window, then say "Wait, start over. I wasn't paying attention."

Buy goldfish and ask the clerk if they come with chips.

Disagree strongly with everything anybody says.

Learn "Ice Ice Baby" by heart and recite it endlessly.
